This project combines my interest in cooking with a critical design approach. I started with traditional Italian recipes, but left out every ingredient that depends on bees.
The result is a cookbook that highlights how much of our food relies on these pollinators. By showing what’s missing, it makes their impact on our food chain visible. Rather than a call to action, it’s an invitation to reflect on the role of bees in everyday meals and how connected our plates are to the natural world.
